Refund policy
Refunds are simple. If your bottle or tumbler has arrived damaged, misaligned or misprinted, we will issue you a refund. We just require photo evidence and your receipt of purchase. You will have 5 business days after purchase to request a refund. You cannot request a refund if there is nothing wrong with your item. Or after the 5 business day limit.
If you meet the above specifications and are refunded. We recommend repurchasing your item with your refunded money for a new one. This is to reduce the amount of time it takes for you receive your product rather than shipping it back to us. As for the errored item, you can safely discard of it. This is purely optional.
Also note that refunds can only be issued through the original payment method. For example, if you used your personal credit card to pay for a product. The refund will have to be issued through that same card. The amount of time it takes to receive your refund depends on your processor.

Term Explanation
Damaged- Any deep dents, or broken pieces of an item.
Misaligned- Any alignment problem such as the design being off center.
Misprinted- Any printing problem such as the design missing elements or not being printed fully.
